An innovative big-spend campaign created massive engagement with app users across multiple centres.
Norbits’ QIC clients recently completed a 4-week campaign where a $1,000 centre gift card was won by a lucky winner each week. The campaign utilised the app as well as an in-centre lifesize Plinko board to create a unique digital and physical experience, incentivised by the potential for a big win.
The campaign was performed using Norbit’s Answer-To-Win feature where users answer a question to enter a competition. This particular answer-to-win required users to enter their receipt details to prove that they had spent more than the minimum spend threshold in-centre. This would enter them in the draw for a weekly $1,000 prize, and give them a reward they could redeem at the in-centre Plinko board to try and win an instant prize.
There were excellent levels of app interaction across all centres that executed the campaign with clients reporting upwards of a 5,600% month-on-month increase in active users. The highest performing centre had gained 12% of its total users on the app during the time the campaign was active. This campaign captured valuable spending data via the apps and a significant increase in user engagement.
This is an excellent example of how Norbit’s features can be implemented in various ways to achieve any objective effortlessly and contactless whilst capturing valuable data.
