During the 2021 Christmas period, three centres celebrated the festive season with a 12 Days of Joy, Enter to Win competition on their Norbit App.
From the 13th to the 24th of December, each centre hosted a 12 Days of Joy Christmas giveaway. Each day, users entered the competition by answering three questions relating to; how much they spent in-centre, when and where. All qualifying participants enter the draw to win a mystery gift. After capturing this spend data daily, one entrant is selected at random to win a gift chosen by their local centre.
Each centre exceeded its goals by significant margins with the competition generating engagement, increasing dwell time in-centre and incentivising repeat purchases to gain multiple entries into the draw. The three centres collectively gained hundreds/an impressive number of new users over the 12-day period.
Norbit’s new competition software debuted with the ’12 Days of Joy Christmas’ giveaway in 2021, receiving positive feedback from participants. It is a unique way of utilising the Norbit App to drive foot traffic and incentivise spending, proving the softwares popularity amongst customers and value in capturing data for the centre.
