Capalaba Park Shopping Centre is a regional shopping centre built in 1981 and located within the Redland Shire, approximately 22 km south-east of the Brisbane CBD.

Capalaba Park has major retailers Kmart, Target, Coles Supermarket and Woolworths Supermarket and over 110 specialty stores which include a great proportion of national retailers. As the first Norbit customer, launching May 2015, Capalaba Park has had continued success with their retailers, customers, and industry peers.

With thousands of active members, averaging active usage of 67%, Capalaba Park continues to see new customers download and use the app regularly. By embracing the mobile-first technology, they have been able to extend their marketing budget and successfully extend their marketing from the usual seasonal campaigns.

In doing so, they are more connected with customers daily, understand their customers more than ever before (capturing when they visit, for how long, specifically where they shop, and what content and retailers they most engage with). They’re able to better support their retailers and provide clear statistics on campaign successes, and launch tactical campaigns for specific retailers within minutes, alerting shoppers of the campaign directly to their phone.

Park Points has consistently provided industry recognition for the centre, taking out a Judges Commendation at the Property Council (QLD) 2015 awards, winning the 2017 Property Council (QLD) marketing award for their Easter AR Hunt, and winning the national title of best digital initiative for their category at the Shopping Centre Council of Australia awards.
