What does it cost to run a competition?
With the exception of Augmented Reality campaigns, all competitions costs are included in the monthly fee. You can set up as many as you like, run them for as long as you like, and giveaway whatever you like! They’re all fast to setup and record all entries digitally.
How do customers enter?
You set the parameters of each competition. Set start and end dates, choose if entry is free or set a number of points to enter.
Whatever competitions you run traditionally can be done digitally with Norbit – Spend to win, free gift with purchase, scratch cards, tell us why and even roll out scavenger hunts using QR codes!
How do customers collect prizes?
Prizes can be collected at centre management, customer service, or individual retailers (it’s up to you). These can be setup as required for each competition you run. Prizes are displayed in the prizes tab, the customer shows the staff member what they’d like to collect, and scan the QR code displayed to confirm their receipt of the prize. The system records who, what, when and where the prize was collected for simple reconciliation and record keeping.
