Krulis Commercial deploys Norbit across their 4 managed centres

Krulis Commercial is the latest shopping centre management group to evolve their marketing strategy, leveraging Norbit’s engagement and loyalty software to reward their customers.

Taking over St Mary’s Village earlier this year (purchased from Mirvac), the marketing team immediately saw the strong engagement and results and potential to extend their loyalty program beyond St Mary’s Village. Glenquarie Town Centre, Dee Why Village Plaza, and Peninsula Plaza are now offering a membership program using Norbit’s retail loyalty software.

Despite the retail setbacks experienced by COVID-19, all centres are looking to leverage contactless digital coupons, competitions that drive centre visitation and spending, and keeping their community of retailers and customers connected.
