Peninsula Fair Rewards Customers with Norbit

We’re excited to launch Peninsula Fair Rewards, our newest shopping centre to power their marketing with Norbit.

A sub-regional shopping centre with a GLA of 30,744m2 and 87 retailers, their app is trending in the top 150 shopping apps after a soft launch on Tuesday 26th June, 2018. The app has been well received by retailers and customers alike, with hundreds of downloads, dozens of deals redeemed, and thousands of points awarded to customers for visiting the centre.

Importantly, centre marketing now know where individuals are spending their money, and can begin to create customer segments and profiles to offer more personalised engagement into the future.

The weekend will also see the first Augmented Reality Experience offered to Peninsula Fair customers, with the release of the Dino Discovery Augmented Reality activation. As customers hunt for 8 lifelike dinosaurs, they can snap their photo, share across social media, and get rewarded for finding all 8. The campaign drives engagement and dwell time, keeping customers entertained, directing them to all sections of the centre, and positioning Peninsula Fair as a centre that truly rewards customer loyalty.
